01 · A new retail point of sale
BetterCommerce engaged us to design a new tablet POS application from the ground up as part of its planned retail offering. I led the design alongside a junior designer, shaping the product around the day-to-day work of a store: finding items, completing sales, and keeping the operation organized after checkout.

02 · A counter built for momentum
The checkout surface keeps the current basket, product search, and charge action in view at once. On a busy shop floor, that gives an operator a direct path from finding an item to completing a sale.

03 · The work behind the counter
A sale depends on more than the checkout itself. The wider system covers product setup, units, discounts, variations, team access, and reporting—giving a retailer the operational context that keeps the POS useful day after day.

04 · A clear trail after checkout
Transaction history keeps a past sale easy to retrieve and understand. An operator can search receipts, inspect payment and item details, and take follow-up action from the same place.
